Kerry underwent training with the Light Body School of Dr Alberto Villoldo’s Four Winds Society. The techniques used are a modern interpretation of an ancient form of energy healing that helps restore harmony.
“We must be willing to let go of the life we planned, so as to have the life that is waiting for us” ~ E.M. Forster.
Energy medicine works directly with the energy field that surrounds and informs our physical, emotional, and spiritual reality. It is the blueprint for our health and affects the way we live, heal and age.
This work is a team effort. You will be given homework after each session to help you integrate the energetic changes and to encourage you to see your healing as a story that you are writing. You hold the power to direct your life and well-being.
Ilumination process
The basic healing process for clearing toxic imprints from a person’s energy field to initiate healing in the body and mind. We work together in this process to identify and release negative energy and to repair the blueprint.
Extraction
Energetic clearing that removes intrusive energy that no longer serves you. We also work together to identify and transform any issues that allowed these bonds to form.
Soul Retrieval
Sometimes traumatic events in our lives cause part of our soul or consciousness to fracture and stay behind or hidden. Soul retrieval work restores wholeness and well-being to your life. This process is 90 minutes and only conducted after energy balancing sessions.
What to expect
You do not need to indicate which of the above services will be performed – anything that comes up will be addressed in our session together, and may require a combination of these techniques. Soul retrieval work is only done after we have done a few sessions together.
To prepare for your first session you should have an aspect of your life that you would like to work on – i.e. something that you want to change physically, emotionally or mentally, or something to let go of, bring more in, move on from, blockages in your life etc.
